The John F Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum is kept open through the week from 9 AM to 5 PM. The library remains closed on Christmas, New Year's and Thanksgiving. The Research Room is kept open for visitors from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and can be accessed only with prior permission and appointments.

The admission fee to the museum for adults is rated at $12.00 and for students and senior citizens of age 62 years and above at $10.00. Children from ages 13 years to 17 years gain access to the museum for $9.00 while those under 12 enter for free.
