Review:
Pleasant check in - rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable - the hotel was in a good location to visit Boston - staff at the front desk was cordial
The lobby was so exquisite and beautiful - there were huge bouquets of fresh flowers all over the lobby - the customer service was great
Close to transit, Boston Common and the Public Garden - the hotel had several attached restaurants and bars - the fitness center was small but useful
Traditional and tasteful room decor - the beds were so comfy - we were given a complimentary breakfast - rooms were clean complete with basic amenities
The location was within walking distance of all the major shopping areas, tourist attractions and theatres - check in and out were fast and easy - free internet access was available in the lobby
The towels of the bathroom were changed daily - every detail of decor was beautiful and well maintained - the lobby staff was very friendly - the ballroom was nicely appointed with 100 - 150 tables
