The room was great, the service was excellent - the valet service was excellent - staff was friendly and helpful - the room was beautiful and well-appointed - the robes were luxurious - the coffee in the lobby was delicious - the bar area was beautiful
The bathroom was very nice as well as the bed and bedding - the closet was large, with a well lit mirror - shopping was right in the area - the Chanel store was in the hotel and Burberry was across the street, Hermes was around the corner along with similar high-end luxury stores
Check-in and check-out were quick and friendly - room size and arrangement were very good - cocktail hour was served up on the top floor with great views over Boston commons on a beautiful day - the room was very well decorated with a dance floor sized good enough for the room size
