Parcel 7 Parking Garage: Many restaurants and cafes in the North End offer validated discount parking at the Parcel 7 Garage. So you can get your ticket validated at some restaurants. Parcel 7 Garage is a brick building right above Haymarket T station. It's located at the corner of New Sudbury and Congress Street.
