Reaching the Museum of Science by public transportation can be made through several modes.

The Museum's on-site garage: There is an on-site parking garage of the museum. Equipped with a five-story-tall IMAX Dome Screen, the Mugar Omni Theater is the only domed IMXS theater in New England. Audiences can expect larger-than-life images of flora, fauna and faraway places and state-of-the-art digital sound.

The theater will be closed on Monday, February 7 and Tuesday, February 8 for maintenance in 2011.

Located in the Museum's Exhibit Halls, the Butterfly Garden gives visitors an indelible experience with the fluttering flight of butterflies and the scent of flower blossoms.
