We had a nice room overlooking the harbor - the room was spacious and well equipped - the views over the harbor were amazing - all rooms were clean and comfortable
Room was wonderful with beautiful window treatments and granite bathrooms - the hotel bar had a nice menu for a late night snack - the beds were plush, clean and comfortable
The bathroom was elegant with charming amenities - the housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient - the overall service was exceptional - the furnishings were tasteful
Fruit, water and ice was delivered each evening, which was a nice touch - the hotel bar was a nice place for a pre-meal cocktail - the bellmen were nice and friendly - excellent location, right on Boston Harbor - the food was excellent at the hotel - air conditioning worked well

One of the best things was the free local shuttle service - took the shuttle to JFK/UMass train station - complementary Internet access was not very fast - plenty of free outdoor parking at the hotel
Free morning breakfast was okay - in-room coffee machine was all right - a cheap place to stay for one night - room rates were very reasonable in Boston
Hotel staff was pleasant enough - located right next to the train track - some noise bothered us - rooms were nicely decorated - but the elevators were quite slow

The room was great, the service was excellent - the valet service was excellent - staff was friendly and helpful - the room was beautiful and well-appointed - the robes were luxurious - the coffee in the lobby was delicious - the bar area was beautiful
The bathroom was very nice as well as the bed and bedding - the closet was large, with a well lit mirror - shopping was right in the area - the Chanel store was in the hotel and Burberry was across the street, Hermes was around the corner along with similar high-end luxury stores

Flat screen TV in room - clean room with modern furnishings - it was a nice urban-looking hotel - a new Legal's Harbor-side Seafood Restaurant was a few blocks away
The south side of Boston was in progress of developing for tourists - well kept property with a nice in-door pool - a credit to Starbucks was given by staff
A quick ride to Logan by bus - $35 for parking per day - no Wi-Fi in Starbucks
