This parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year around. Every business day starts from 5 a.m. 75 State Street Garage offers Daily, Evening & Weekend, and Monthly parking rates for customers.

For daily rates, parking less than 20 minutes is charged $7. Parking exceeding 20 minutes but less than 40 minutes need to pay $16. You will be charged $24 for parking between 40 minutes and 1 hour. Eighty-minute parking or less needs to pay $32. Parking rate will reach $36 for 100-minute parking or less. Don't worry! You only need to pay $36 for any longer time until the next 5 a.m.

If you enter the garage after 5 p.m. and exit by 5 a.m. from Monday to Friday, you only need to pay $14. All day parking on weekends has the same parking rate - $14.

For monthly rates, unlimited daytime parking rate is $500. Limited overnight monthly rate is $100. This is restricted to parking from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays. You can have all day parking on weekends and select federal holidays.

75 State Street Garage offers a variety of payment options. You can pay your parking fees with check, cash, VISA, MasterCard and American Express etc. Monthly and Debit Card customers can enroll in the special Automatic Credit Card Payment plan.
