
Boston Chinatown Neighborhood
The Boston city is actually quite a large area and comprises of several smaller districts and areas of community within the city itself. Chinatown therefore is one such communal area where the main community of residents is Chinese and Asians. This is quite a tourist attraction because of the restaurants and the businesses.
What is the neighborhood like?
- This is one of the few communities for the Chinese in the whole of New England and is historically very old and important
- It is located in the Downtown of Boston and the neighborhood is located in the middle of Beach Street.
- Chinatown is also home to the famous Garment District of the city because of all the garment factories located here

- There are unique gift shops for souvenirs that are again unique to Chinatown Boston
The neighborhood once had the threat of the "Red Light District" which was unsafe for visitors but now the threat has disappeared.
