We had a nice room overlooking the harbor - the room was spacious and well equipped - the views over the harbor were amazing - all rooms were clean and comfortable
Room was wonderful with beautiful window treatments and granite bathrooms - the hotel bar had a nice menu for a late night snack - the beds were plush, clean and comfortable
The bathroom was elegant with charming amenities - the housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient - the overall service was exceptional - the furnishings were tasteful
Fruit, water and ice was delivered each evening, which was a nice touch - the hotel bar was a nice place for a pre-meal cocktail - the bellmen were nice and friendly - excellent location, right on Boston Harbor - the food was excellent at the hotel - air conditioning worked well
We really appreciated the location, close to trolley tours, aquarium and historic sights - the room service was prompt and efficient - the staff was very nice to kids (more…)

One of the best things was the free local shuttle service - took the shuttle to JFK/UMass train station - complementary Internet access was not very fast - plenty of free outdoor parking at the hotel
Free morning breakfast was okay - in-room coffee machine was all right - a cheap place to stay for one night - room rates were very reasonable in Boston
Hotel staff was pleasant enough - located right next to the train track - some noise bothered us - rooms were nicely decorated - but the elevators were quite slow
Beyond expectations for an enjoyable experience - good enough for a reliable stay - good value for the money paid - park, fly and stay package was a great service (more…)

There're 174 fully-furnished rooms distributed on 3 floors. All the rooms are complete with coffeemaker, hairdryer, cable television, iron, modem lines, voicemail and air-conditioning.

Pretty helpful staff - convenient access to the airport via the catwalk - just 2 miles from downtown Boston - complimentary airport shuttle was excellent - reasonably priced - super comfortable rooms - quite welcoming
Attractive lobby - breakfast buffet was good - I couldn't fault this hotel and would stay again - a good place for an early departure - the shuttle departed every 15 minutes - the hotel was not cheap - well located
The pub and restaurants were decent - check in was fast and fine - acceptable rooms, nothing special - wonderful turndown service - the gym and pool were good and nice - free water - a good experience
